We’re a homeschool family from the Sunshine Coast, Australia, who never quite fit inside the mainstream education box. After years of messy notebooks, rigid apps, and plenty of trial and error, we built the tool we needed. One that bends with curiosity, detours, and the magic of rabbit trails.

Our Story
​
Husband-and-wife team Tiffany and Aidan Boyd homeschool their two kids. Tiffany, our big‑picture, creative compass, could see where both paper planners and digital tools let families down. Real learning doesn’t always follow a timetable.
Many home educators prefer to follow sparks of interest, lean into natural learning, and document the magic along the way. Tiffany had the vision; Aidan rolled up his sleeves and built it. Soon after, longtime friend Ian Shanks joined to help us scale with care. That’s how Freely began: around a kitchen table, shaped by real days with real kids.
